Luis del Villar founded his first company, Del Steel, dedicated to the steel industry, expanding his vision as an entrepreneur, becoming a leader in the competitive market, leading the company to be one of the most important metal distributors on the west coast.
Parallel to his company Del Steel, in 2009 he decided to venture into the world of entertainment becoming Co-Founder of the record label Del Records, his great experience as a successful businessman made him a fundamental part in the development of the talents of said company. In the world of entertainment, he discovered a great passion and decided to deepen his knowledge and expand in the industry, that is why in 2013 he decided to form a company that allows him to broaden his vision and that is how GERENCIA 360 INC was born.
When creating this new company, he decided that each of the talents that were part of it would be a talent with multiple capacities, a complete artist, which led to the name of the company Management 360.
Luis Del Villar began to reap the fruit of his work and in 2016 he was recognized as one of the “Latin Power Players” by the prestigious magazine Billboard and to reaffirm his success the magazine recognized him again in 2017 as an “Indie Power Player. "His awards and achievements as a musical leader continued in 2018. He is once again named as“ Indie Power Player ”and“ New Star Maker ”by Billboard magazine, the only one in the genre of Mexican music.
